No, all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are paid prior to wholesale availability. Orders ship domestically, and retailers will not incur any import related charges.
We invest a substantial amount of resources into providing our wholesale partners with both lay flat and lifestyle imagery for each season in an effort to reduce the content burden on our partners. You are welcome to use this content on your socials, website, and marketing efforts. Once you have placed an order with us we will provide you with a link to our dropbox of content that we update each season.
During our peak shipping periods of January/ February and July/August shipping can take a bit longer. We prioritize all preorders first and these orders will be shipped in the order with which they were received. Outside of these peak periods, we normally ship within 1 business day of receipt of the order.
We ship based on our negotiated rate which takes into consideration your packages weight and destination zip code. We bill our exact cost of shipping and pride ourselves on keeping shipping as inexpensive as we possibly can.
We want to give each wholesale partner the most opportunity to satisfy their customers.
We know that some stores have a niche customer base even within the same geographical territory.
We consider everything from store size, to store location, to complimenting store inventory when reviewing a retailer application. We invite all stores interested in becoming a Saltwater Boys Co. retailer in their area to submit an application for review.
Yes, at this time we are able to offer 60-90 day terms via FAIRE.
