We require an opening order of at least $500 to open a retail account with us.

Our minimum on re-orders is $150.

We offer a MSRP that we believe is healthy for your margins and your customers. We believe in protecting all of our wholesale partners so we ask that you please respect the MSRP.

Promotions and markdowns are at your discretion. We do not allow Facebook group sales unless inventory is 2+ seasons old (though we suspect SBC won't stay on your shelves that long, anyway!)

We do not restrict listing SBC on your store's website and we do not dictate your launch dates.

As for us, we mean it when we say we protect our retailers. You will always see Saltwater Boys Co. merchandise at full MRSP on our website. We offer no more than two sales direct to our consumers each year. Typically after Christmas and end of summer.

We do our best to guarantee all orders will ship within 3-4 weeks**. Due to increase in demand we are working 7 days a week to process orders. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cannot emphasize the importance of ordering early!

**Some exceptions will apply. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and attention to detail, so if we see that your order may exceed our guarantee, you will be the first to know!

We ship based on our negotiated rate which takes into consideration your packages weight and destination zip code.

We want to give each wholesale partner the most opportunity to satisfy their customers.

We know that some stores have a niche customer base even within the same geographical territory.

We consider everything from store size, to store location, to complimenting store inventory when reviewing a retailer application. We invite all stores interested in becoming a Saltwater Boys Co. retailer in their area to submit an application for review.

At this time we do not offer net terms but are looking to implement this process as our business grows and our partnerships with our retailers grows, too!

We provide a Dropbox Folder of ALL marketing materials you could need. From layflat images for your website, to hi-res logos, to professional lifestyle images for your social media.

We are here to make our partnership as successful as possible and know that by taking the heavy lifting of creating content off of your plate it gives you more time to be on the floor with your customers!
