Refund policy

Exchanges

  • At this time, Saltwater Boys Co. does not offer exchanges.  We are always evaluating and striving to improve all areas of our business to be the best independently/family owned and operated brand that we can be and always appreciate helpful feedback. We are always happy to answer sizing and fit questions prior to purchase, so please contact us at hello@saltwaterboysco.com to ensure the perfect fit.

  • If you receive an item and wish to order a different size, please follow the return instructions below. Once your item is received and processed, a refund will be issued, and you may purchase the desired size(s) separately.

Return Policy

  • We cannot edit or cancel orders once they are processed. We can not retroactively apply discounts to orders already in progress before the discount was created. 

  • Items purchased during promotions, sales, with discount codes, or markdowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Codes may not be stacked with the exception of free shipping codes may occasionally stack depending on the promotion. 
  • We do not issue return shipping labels unless an item arrives damaged or the wrong item or size was shipped to the customer. 

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless an item was out of stock, or misshipped. 

  • Customers have 7 business days from the delivery date of online orders to request a return. Return requests may be made by emailing support@saltwaterboysco.com.

  • You have 7 business days from the date of return approval for the item(s) to be received by our warehouse, or the return will no longer be eligible.

  • To be eligible for a return to our warehouse, items must have been purchased directly from www.saltwaterboysco.com and be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in brand new condition.

  • You have the right to use any shipping provider of your choice to return your item. However, we strongly recommend that you retain your receipt and tracking information, as we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit.

  • Items purchased in the Saltwater Boys Company flagship store or from Saltwater Boys Company retail partners cannot be returned to the Saltwater Boys Company warehouse/online channel. Please contact the retailer directly for returns or inquiries regarding damaged or defective items. Should the retailer need to contact us then they would reach out via hello@saltwaterboysco.com. 

  • Saltwater Boys Company reserves the right to refuse returns of worn, washed, or damaged merchandise, or items without original tags intact. 

 

Refund Policy

  • Returns will be processed within 5–10 business days of receipt of the return package. The refund will be issued once the item has been scanned back into the warehouse in good, new condition with tags. You should also receive a notification email from shopify when a refund has been initiated by our team. If you do not see that email please check your spam as they do like to go to spam. Also please check your bank account as many times the refund is processed just buried amongst other emails. IYKYK.
