Shipping policy
All items will ship within 5-7 business days.
Once your shipping label has been created, you will automatically receive confirmation and tracking information. If you do not get a confirmation or email please check your junk/spam as they are often there.
Please note that once packages leave our hands, we are at the mercy of the carrier. Orders can take longer than expected at times especially around the holidays. This is unfortunately out of our control. Once your order is en route, please direct all delivery questions and concerns to the carrier selected at checkout.
Often times if you report a package lost/missing to the carrier, they will open an investigation and this will typically get the package moving very quickly to you once this has happened. No carrier wants to pay claims on insurance. We pay extra to insure every package through Shopify to ensure you receive your goods.
Unfortunately, we do not have anymore access to tracking your package than you do. Should your package be deemed 'lost' or 'damaged' by the carrier please reach out to us with the claim ID from the shipping carrier for us to make this right.
