Products are great, however limited contact info available for customer service. Attempted to email twice related to first order, still no response after 2 weeks. Very disappointing.

First thank you for the wonderful review. Our family owned and operated business that supports our entire family including our special needs child really appreciates it very much.
I want to apologize for the delay in response. Somehow your emails went to our junk folder which unfortunately sometimes happens and is beyond our control. We have a newborn and I have not been able to monitor the junk as closely as I try to. Those 'up all nighters' really wear on you at 39 seriously. If you know you know. It’s just my husband and I running this business and we do try our very best to be 'all the things' but with three kiddos every now and then things do slip by us as we can’t always beat the tendency of our email system to throw legit emails into the junk. I just reviewed your order 17331 and unfortunately it does not qualify for the welcome20 which required a spend of $75 to get $20 off (see attached code with this info below that was created back in June). I have also attached your order below where you purchased one item for $34.00 and were given a discount of $5.10. With shipping and taxes your total was $36.89. Unfortunately that did not meet the purchase threshold for Welcome20 of $75. I will go into the review and explain the situation so customers are aware :)
