Please note that once packages leave our hands, we are at the mercy of the carrier. Once your order is en route, please direct all delivery questions and concerns to the carrier selected at checkout.
We do not have anymore access to tracking your package than you do.
Should your package get 'lost' or 'damaged' please reach out to us with the claim ID from the shipping carrier for us to make this right.
